Inspection of processing
The raw materials we purchased have to go through several tests such as weight, thickness, density, whiteness, humidity, smoothness and so on. During printing paper, we use barcode scanner and Color Reflection Spectrodensitometer to decrease colour difference. We also use drier and humidifier to balance the humidity of circulated environment of printing workplace.
Automatic visual inspection system
The automatic visual inspection system is able to detect differences from a perfect part and collect the datum of the defected parts. For quality testing of printing paper, most of the companies still rely on workers. The distribution of standard deviation of testing quality can potentially be wide since everyone has a slight difference in quality standard. Automatic visual inspection system helps us detect problems early in the production process. It costs more to fix problems later in the production line. For example, materials and assembling fees can be saved, if regrettably, the printing quality is undesirable. To maintain low costs and high quality, we decided to import auto inspection system to ensure minimum defect rate.
Tests of new design sample
We provide early-stage product design and production services. After a sample is made by the cutting machine, we have to go through a series of tests which could prevent problems that would happen in mass production. To reduce the risk of potential damage done to the products inside during shipment, it is very important to ensure products are well protected. We impose the ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) standard to guarantee the protection of products. Firstly, we have to pass ten different drop tests including corners, edges and six faces. Secondly, conducting compression test will give a method of judging the mixed materials and construction of a container. Moreover, we still have to perform a temperature and humidity test, vibration test and bursting test. With these tests, we can determine whether the product/package will endure the compression loads on boxes in containers.
